Associate Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical execution activities for Thermal Projects in Mirzapur.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for electrical work in alignment with overall project requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and compliance with safety standards.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot any electrical issues that arise during the project execution phase and propose effective solutions.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to electrical design specifications.
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members and ensure their professional development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address any project modifications or scope changes in a timely manner.
• Ensure all electrical work meets regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and presentations related to electrical execution activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

10-20 years of experience in Thermal Projects industry
