• Lead and oversee the mechanical aspects of thermal projects, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and complete projects within deadlines 

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to optimize equipment performance and reliability 

• Identify and resolve mechanical issues or breakdowns in a timely and effective manner 

• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development 

• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to achieve project milestones and deliverables 

• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for project updates and stakeholder meetings 

• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency 

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and environmental standards in all project activities 

• Drive a culture of safety, quality, and excellence across all project operations 

Education Qualification: 

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field 

Certification required: 

• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
