Inventory and Store Management

Inventory Management SOP and Guidelines Design 

► Assist in implementation of standard systems/templates/ processes for inventory management 

Store Management (for the assigned store category) 

► Track the availability of different materials/products and manage inventory levels at the warehouse/ stores 

► Assist in executing the process for material issue to the user and timely updating inventory level after issue of goods 

► Maintain accurate records in SAP (documents and other details of material issues, material procured, etc.) 

► Forward the invoices and supporting documents to Head accounts (HAC) through Document Control Cell

General Education - 

Bachelor’s degree in science, commerce, supply chain management, business administration or related area. 

General Experience -

More than 4 years of experience in managing stores, inventory management and scrap management 

Technical Experience -

 Experience of working with SAP - Material Management Module/ SAP Material Master, SD module for waste and scrap management
