Responsibilities

As an Electrical Engineer - Assistant Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

· Designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and equipment

· Managing electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget

· Overseeing the installation, maintenance, and operation of electrical systems

· Conducting inspections and assessments to identify and resolve electrical issues

· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

· Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians

· Optimizing electrical systems for maximum efficiency and performance

· Preparing reports, documentation, and technical drawings related to electrical projects

· Staying updated on industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering

Technical Skills

· Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD and ETAP

· Experience with power distribution systems and equipment

· Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., NEC, IEEE)

· Strong understanding of power generation and transmission concepts

Qualifications

Education Qualification

· Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field

· Master's degree in electrical engineering (preferred)

Experience

· 8-12 years of experience in the Power/Energy industry
