Senior Manager - PMCG (Projects)

Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Control System.
2. Project Schedule Preparation (L3, L4 Level) & Monitoring.
3. Maintaining project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
4. Manpower planning and Material planning.
5. Organising Kick of meeting & weekly/Monthly progress meeting with contractors and preparing Minutes of Meeting
6. Preparation of MIS Reports (Daily, Weekly & Monthly) & Exception reports.
7. Preparing & Monitoring project Costing & Estimation & Preparation of cash flow statement.
8. Sub-Contractor Billing checks.
9. Coordinating with consultants, engineering & Cross functional departments.

Qualifications

Experience Total: With Degree:  15+ Years 

Essential Qualification:  BE / B Tech in Civil Engg.

Essential Area of Expertise: 

1.Exposure in Planning and scheduling of Mechanical works in Major Industrial plants i.e., Thermal Power Projects

2.Regular Progress monitoring with respect to schedule & Cost and highlight critical activities & cost variance on time

3. MIS & Progress reporting of the project.

4. Knowledge of Resource’s output and efficiency
