JOB TITLE: ACADEMIC COUNSELLOR

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: PERMANENT, ON-SITE ROLE

We are currently seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Tele-Educational Counsellors for Shoolini Online and Distance Education. In this role, you will play a crucial part in converting leads into enrolled students. Responsibilities:

1.   Engage with potential students through telephonic conversations and guide them through the admission enrollment process.

2.   Understand and address any queries or concerns potential students may have regarding our educational programs for Shoolini Online and Distance Education.

3.   Provide accurate and up-to-date information about courses, curriculum, admission requirements, and other relevant details.

4.   Build rapport and establish strong relationships with potential students to ensure a positive

6.   Meet or exceed enrollment targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Requirements:

·        Graduation degree from a recognized university.

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

·        Preferred experienced candidates with 1-3 years of experience in telecalling/telesales, preferably in the education sector.

·        Ability to effectively communicate complex information and articulate the benefits of our educational programs.

·        Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential students.

·        Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
