Job Description
- Accounting & BookkeepingMaintain day-to-day accounts using Tally/Busy/Zoho or other accounting software
- Manage purchase, sales, bank entries, cash book, petty cash, etc.
- Reconcile bank statements monthly
- 🧾 GST, TDS & Statutory FilingsPrepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
- Calculate and file TDS returns
- Ensure timely payments of taxes and dues
- 💼 Billing & InvoicingGenerate bills for clients and internal parties
- Track receivables and payables
- 📊 ReportingAssist in preparing MIS reports, balance sheets, profit & loss statements
- Coordinate with CA/Auditor for finalization
