Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our finance team. • Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate books of accounts, including day-to-day bookkeeping and ledger management
• Prepare and manage invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
• Handle GST compliance, including return filing, reconciliation, and timely submissions
• Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and filings in accordance with statutory requirements
• Support advance tax calculations and ensure timely payments
• Use Zoho Books accounting software for end-to-end accounting and reporting
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
• Identify discrepancies, analyze financial data, and provide problem-solving insights
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders as required
• Required Skills & QualificationsStrong knowledge of Bookkeeping, GST, TDS, and Invoicing processes
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books (mandatory)
• Understanding of advance tax and statutory compliance
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing regulations and tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with AI-powered accounting and productivity tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
