Job Description

 We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive with a strong background in construction work, interior project execution, and facility maintenance. The ideal candidate will coordinate administrative tasks related to building upkeep, manage on-site contractors, and ensure smooth operations across various projects. This role requires technical understanding of plumbing and electrical systems, as well as practical experience handling multiple vendors and teams on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations for construction and interior projects
  • Coordinate with project managers and contractors for timely execution of interior work
  • Supervise building maintenance activities, ensuring smooth functioning of all facilities
  • Manage and liaise with contractors and labor teams for plumbing, electrical, and civil tasks
  • Maintain records of maintenance schedules, service reports, and vendor contracts
  • Monitor site progress and provide administrative support to ensure project deadlines are met
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address facility issues proactively
  • Support procurement of materials and manage inventory as per project requirements
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards at all project sites

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction administration or site execution
  • Strong understanding of interior project execution and fit-out works
  • Knowledge of plumbing systems and basic electrical maintenance
  • Ability to coordinate and supervise teams of contractors and service providers
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with project management tools is a plus
  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field preferred
