Job Description:

We are looking for an Admission Counselor with strong telesales experience to handle student inquiries and convert leads into admissions. This is a target-driven role requiring excellent communication and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound and outbound calls related to admissions

* Counsel students/parents about courses, fees, and admission process

* Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets

* Maintain accurate records of calls and conversions

* Build strong relationships with prospective students

Requirements:

* Prior experience in telesales / telecalling / target-based roles

* Experience in admission counseling preferred

* Strong communication and persuasion skills

* Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

* Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management systems

Skills Required:

* Excellent verbal communication

* Goal-oriented mindset

Preferred Candidate:

* Candidates with education or training institute sales experience
