Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated Admission Incharge to join our team. The role involves connecting with potential students and parents, explaining available academic and non-academic programs, and booking free demo sessions. You will play a key role in driving enrollments through effective communication and follow-ups.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote demo sessions.
• Explain course details, schedules, and benefits clearly and confidently.
• Book and confirm free demo sessions for interested candidates.
• Maintain and update daily call logs and follow-up records.
• Coordinate with the counseling and teaching team to ensure smooth demo scheduling.
• Meet daily and weekly demo booking targets.
• Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telecalling, or student counselling (preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
