Admission Counsellor

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting parents and students, explaining our courses, and inviting them for counselling at the institute.

Responsibilities:

• Call potential parents and students from the given data.
• Provide information about our courses and academy.
• Convince them to visit the institute for counselling.
• Maintain call records and follow-up with interested candidates.
• Handle basic queries politely and professionally.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Basic knowledge of calling and customer handling.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
