Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules aligned with demand forecasts.
- Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
- Ensure strict adherence to Monthly, Weekly, and Daily Production Plans to maintain dispatch reliability and meet customer commitments.
- Ensure uninterrupted 6-day tractor production schedule by proactively identifying, communicating, and resolving material shortages.
- Work in close coordination with sourcing department and production shops to ensure timely material availability, directly supporting seamless manufacturing operations and adherence to daily production targets.
- Ensure daily dispatched of machined components to Plant.
- Ensure continuous support to the Spare Parts Division by ensuring timely fulfillment of in-process parts .
- Monitoring and improving OEE of machines in Machine Shop.
- Continuously evaluate production processes to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
- Functioning of latest CNC machine tools. 
- Knowledge of various machining processes including Shaft & Gears and castings. 
- Process up gradation in terms of quality products and improvement in overall system. Consolidation and analysis of rejection and rework. 
- Quality assurance techniques or procedure for production. 
- Evaluation of CP and CPK of machines PFMEA and control plan, Kaizen and poka-yoke. Effective implementation of corrective and preventive action by  Error Proofing and Process controls. 
- TPM activities, 5S culture etc.
