📝 Job Role & Responsibilities
Handle distributor and retailer network
Promote and increase sales of Shopping Bags and the DCOVS brand
Conduct regular market visits and distributor meetings
Ensure proper retail coverage in assigned areas
Achieve primary and secondary sales targets
Report daily to senior management
Appoint new distributors and retailers
Gather market trend insights and competitor activity details
🎓 Experience Requirement
Experience in FMCG / Retail / Distribution sales preferred
Fresh candidates with good communication skills can also be considered
💰 Salary & Benefits
Starting Salary: ₹25,000 (Negotiable based on experience)
Incentives: Performance-based incentives
