ob Description:We are looking for a skilled and experienced Assembly Fitter to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate must be an ITI Mechanical Fitter with minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in tool room operations or assembly line work. The role involves precision fitting, assembling mechanical components, and ensuring quality standards are met.

• Key Responsibilities: Assemble mechanical components and sub-assemblies as per drawings and specifications.
• Perform fitting, alignment, and finishing of parts using hand and power tools.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and assembly layouts.
• Work on tool room activities and assembly line processes.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
• Identify defects and report issues to the supervisor.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.
• Required Qualifications & Experience:ITI Mechanical Fitter (mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in assembly fitting.
• Experience in Tool Room or Mechanical Assembly Line is compulsory.
• Good knowledge of mechanical tools, measuring instruments, and fitting techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Preferred Skills:Knowledge of gauges, calipers, micrometers.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and tolerances.
