Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Ensuring Manufacturing Readiness and Launch of New models / variants as per company timelines with key focus on QCD (Quality, Cost & Delivery).

Assembly lines Facility Planning (Equipments, FTGs and Process planning) across all plants for new products productionisation

Identification of New Facilities, preparation of project schedules, RFQ preparation, Commercial comparisons, Supplier finalization and follow up to meet the project timelines.

Expertise in PR/PO process & Procurement of assembly Equipments, including conveyors, press machines, AGVs, manipulators, fixtures, and related infrastructure.

Capital & Revenue budget planning for new projects, models and monitoring as per timelines.

Hands-on experience in process documentation, including PFD, PFMEA, Control Plans, SOPs, and line balancing activities.

Layouts planning in AutoCAD, Capex budgeting and Execution on line as per project timelines

End-to-end involvement in NPD from design to assembly line implementation

Led CFTs for design reviews, line trials, ORC closure, and production handover.

ECN implementation and PPAP documentation management

Working knowledge of SAP, Teamcenter (DFA), AutoCAD.

Basic Knowledge of time study,  work content, Elimination of non-value-added activities and optimization of line balancing to align the work with takt time and enhance productivity.
