` Position  Asst Manger - Product  Business Unit/Division Seed Potato  Reports To  DGM S&M Place of Posting  Mohali Responsibilities & Key Deliverables To identify, segement and analyse potential market for product fitment in value chain.  Dedicatly work to explore, experiment Cintroduction of product in different markets and value chain Closely work with sales and marketing team to develop right product strategy and marketing mix Enable R&D with insights for selecting and developing new product the the target markets     Job Requirements Experience (years) 3-4 Year experience in agri input Industry Preferred  Agriculure Qualification B.s.c Agri /M.Sc . Agri./MBA Personality Traits Competencies 1. Customer Focus
2- Sound scientific/agriculture knowledge
3 Dexterity in Digital and Traditional Marketing tools
4. Result Orientation with Execution Excellence General Requirements   1. Proficiency in Computers -- MS Office/FB and Google adds (Knowledge or experience with photoshop/use of online graphic and editing tools )
2. Good Communication Skills - Verbal as well as written.
