Job Title:Back End Executive

Department:Operations / Accounts / Administration

Reporting To:Head – Projects (North Zone) / Management

JOB SUMMARYThe Back-End Executive will be responsible for supporting daily business operations by handling documentation, coordination, reporting, billing assistance, and internal follow-ups. The role acts as a central support system between site teams, vendors, accounts, and management to ensure smooth execution of projects.

  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Documentation & Data ManagementMaintain daily site reports, attendance records, and work progress data
  • Prepare and update BOQs, estimates, DPRs, and MIS reports
  • Maintain records of Purchase Orders, Work Orders, and Agreements
  • Organize project-wise files and documentation (digital & physical)
  • 2. Billing & Accounts SupportPrepare client bills, contractor bills, and vendor invoices
  • Track payments, advances, deductions, and outstanding balances
  • Maintain GST breakups and billing summaries
  • Coordinate with the accounts team for timely entries and compliance
  • 3. Coordination & Follow-upsCoordinate daily with site supervisors, drivers, vendors, and contractors
  • Follow up on material dispatches, delivery challans, and stock status
  • Assist in scheduling site visits, inspections, and meetings
  • Ensure execution and tracking of management instructions
  • 4. Communication & ReportingDraft professional emails, letters, WhatsApp messages, and notices
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly status reports to management
  • Respond to internal and external queries in a timely manner
  • Maintain communication records and follow-up logs
  • 5. Office & Compliance SupportAssist with GST documentation, agreements, approvals, and basic legal records
  • Maintain office registers, databases, and internal records
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of company data
  • REQUIRED SKILLSProficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets
  • Basic knowledge of billing, accounts, and documentation
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Good coordination, follow-up, and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
  • QUALIFICATIONSGraduate (Commerce / Management preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in construction, interiors, real estate, or hospitality preferred
  • WORK LOCATIONOffice-based with site coordination as per project requirements
