Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Amritsar, Jalandhar, Ludhiana

Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager will identify and create new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. You'll build relationships, generate leads, and contribute to the company's market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
• Generate leads via cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Present and propose sales solutions.
• Meet sales targets and quotas.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 06 Months-1 year of business development or sales experience.(Fresher and experience both can apply)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000/month

Schedule: Day shift, Morning shift
