Backend Developer

Required:

- Backend / distributed systems engineer focused on execution and scale

- Hands-on with Kafka (producers, consumers, partitions, retries, replay)

- Solid PostgreSQL data modeling and performance tuning

- Builds and maintains async REST APIs and service contracts

- Understands event-driven, multi-tenant systems and failure handling

Optinal:

- Strong in Java/Kotlin or Go for high-throughput, low-latency services

- Telecom-aware (IMSI, ICCID, SMS-PP vs BIP, delayed/duplicate events)

- Production mindset: reliability, idempotency, and scale-first thinking
