BPO Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven BPO Telecallers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, providing information about products or services, resolving queries, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients.
• Handle inbound queries professionally and efficiently.
• Explain company products, services, and offers clearly to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team leader.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Handle customer objections and provide effective solutions.
• Coordinate with the sales/counsellor team for lead conversion.
