Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000/month (plus performance incentives)

Role Overview:

As Business Development Executive, you will play a vital role in transforming marketing-generated leads into satisfied customers. Youll engage inbound leads, qualify their needs, nurture relationships, negotiate deals, and close sales to accelerate our growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and follow up with inbound leads via calls, and messaging.
  • Understand customer requirements and qualify prospects effectively.
  • Nurture leads through the sales funnel, handling objections and answering queries.
  • Negotiate and close sales in line with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure seamless customer experience.


What Were Looking For:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Resilience and a positive mindset to handle rejections.
  • Quick learner with the ability to explain product benefits clearly.
  • Customer-focused approach with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus but not mandatory.
