Role Overview:
As Business Development Executive, you will play a vital role in transforming marketing-generated leads into satisfied customers. Youll engage inbound leads, qualify their needs, nurture relationships, negotiate deals, and close sales to accelerate our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and follow up with inbound leads via calls, and messaging.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify prospects effectively.
- Nurture leads through the sales funnel, handling objections and answering queries.
- Negotiate and close sales in line with company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
What Were Looking For:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Resilience and a positive mindset to handle rejections.
- Quick learner with the ability to explain product benefits clearly.
- Customer-focused approach with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus but not mandatory.
- Freshers with eagerness to learn and grow are encouraged to apply.
