Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Solitaire Infosys Mohali
Job Type: Full Time ( WFO)
Experience Level: 6 Months to 1 Year
Candidate must be from Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Haryana.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to help grow our business by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand client needs and present appropriate solutions and services.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activities in CRM tools.
Stay up to date with market trends, competition, and industry developments.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (not pursuing).
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (or strong willingness to learn for freshers).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Knowledge of digital marketing or B2B sales.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in lead generation and market research tools.
