Job Description
- Handle all inbound leads from ads, website, WhatsApp, and social media
- Call new leads within 5–10 minutes of enquiry
- Qualify prospects based on age, lifestyle, weight issue, and seriousness
- Explain Fitwiser’s coaching concept clearly and confidently
- Book consultation calls for senior counselors/wellness coaches
- Confirm call date, time, and expectations with the prospect
- Follow up on missed calls, reschedules, and warm leads
- Reduce no-shows through reminders and rapport building
- Update CRM accurately after every call
- Share daily call, connect, and booking reports
- Maintain professional communication in Hindi and English
- Work on targets for connects, qualified leads, and bookings
- Coordinate with sales and coaching teams for smooth handover
