Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our IT services and software solutions team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and innovation, with the ability to generate new business, nurture client relationships, and help grow our customer base in the competitive IT sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients in the IT/software space and generate new business opportunities through  emails, networking, and social media.


  • Understand client requirements and pitch suitable IT services and solutions (e.g., web development, mobile apps, SaaS products,  etc.).


  • Arrange and conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations.


  • Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.


  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to create customized solutions aligned with client needs.


  • Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and client information.


  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.


  • Represent the company at tech events, expos, and conferences to generate leads and brand awareness.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales in the IT industry (freshers with strong communication and tech interest may also apply).


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


  • Familiarity with CRM software and productivity tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, MS Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
