Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities
- Perform cold calling to generate leads and set up meetings
- Generate leads through emails, networking, and field visits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients
- Present and promote products/services to decision-makers
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into long-term clients
- Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Experience or understanding of cold calling & B2B sales process
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
