Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth for our food business. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, increasing B2B and B2C sales, and strengthening brand presence across dine-in, delivery, catering, and corporate segments.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business through corporate tie-ups, bulk orders, catering, events, and subscriptions
  • Identify and onboard B2B clients such as offices, housing societies, PGs, hostels, and institutions
  • Plan and execute local store marketing (LSM) and sales campaigns
  • Build and manage strong client and partner relationships
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms
  • Coordinate with operations and kitchen teams to ensure smooth order execution
  • Increase average order value (AOV) through upselling and cross-selling
  • Track leads, follow-ups, closures, and performance using CRM/Excel
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Support expansion initiatives such as new outlets, cloud kitchens, or franchise sales (if applicable)
  • Handle customer feedback and ensure repeat business
