Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The role focuses on market expansion, strategic partnerships, and achieving sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
• Prepare MIS reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
• Eligibility Criteria:Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management.
• Graduate / MBA preferred.
• Skills Required:Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to close deals and meet targets.
• Strategic thinking and market analysis skills.
• Relationship-building and networking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
