Position: Chat Process Executive

Location: Mohali

Type: Full-time, Permanent


Job Overview:


We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Chat Process Executives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and providing support through chat platforms. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:


• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and timely manner.

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.

• Resolve customer issues by identifying the problem and offering appropriate solutions.

• Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.

• Maintain and update customer records in the database.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

• Meet performance targets such as response time, quality, and customer satisfaction scores.

• Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and procedures.


Requirements:


• Education: Minimum 12th grade; graduates preferred.

• Age: 18-35 years.

• Experience: Freshers or candidates with experience in customer service, support, or voice process.

• Excellent written English communication skills.

• Strong typing skills with speed and accuracy.

• Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of chat interactions.

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

• Flexibility to work in evening shifts and 6 days a week.
