Job Description

GoDaddy India is hiring motivated Graduation Freshers for our International Chat Support process. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong written communication skills to work with a global leader in the domain and hosting industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer queries via Live Chat in a professional and timely manner.
2. Provide technical and account-related support to GoDaddy users.
3. Maintain high quality of resolution and customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Strictly Graduates only. (Undergraduates/Result Awaited candidates please do not apply).
• Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers are welcome).
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Technical Skills: * Typing Speed: 30 WPM minimum.
• Typing Accuracy: 90% minimum.
• Shifts: Must be flexible with 24/7 rotational shifts.

Salary & Benefits

Monthly In-hand: ₹26,500

Annual CTC: ₹2.94 LPA

Additional: Performance Linked Incentive (PLI) up to ₹24,000.
