Job Description for CNC Router Machine Operator (Furniture)

Desired Profile

1. Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of work experience and knowledge working in a furniture factory and handling independently a CNC Router Machine to manufacture furniture pieces.

2. Should have knowledge of CNC machine and its maintenance and upkeep.  BIESSE Rover Gold, Rover KFD, and also Edge Binder, 6side CNC Drilling machine from Jai.

3. Candidate should be able to read drawings.

4. Candidate should have good work ethic and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Should be able to set up and operate CNC machine, vacuum Suction (vacuum pods), Gasket ting, Chipping, tearing.

2. Should be able to input design specification into the machine.

3. Ability to observe machine operation for accuracy and detecting malfunctions.

4. Should have the knowledge to adjust machine settings to maintain tolerances.

5. Should be able to perform minor machine maintenance.

6. Should have the knowledge and capability to inspect the work pieces for defects and maintaining accuracy.

Education: Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Preferred.

Salary: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
