Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook continental dishes such as burgers, sandwiches, wraps, grilled items, pasta, salads, and sides
• Ensure consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
• Manage prep work, inventory usage, and minimize food wastage
• Assist in menu execution and basic recipe standardization
• Coordinate with management for daily kitchen operations

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience as a Continental Chef / Commis / Line Cook
• Hands-on experience with grills, fryers, and basic continental prep
• Knowledge of sauces, marinades, and burger assembly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced café/startup environment
• Strong sense of hygiene and kitchen discipline
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership
