Counselor

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and clients on study abroad, career paths, and course selection.
• Understand the student’s profile, goals, and financial background and suggest suitable options.
• Explain admission procedures, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and visa processes.
• Follow up on leads through calls, messages, and emails.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions or enrollments.
• Maintain accurate student records and update CRM or registers.
• Coordinate with visa filing and documentation team.
• Achieve monthly counseling and conversion targets.
• Attend walk-in clients and scheduled appointments.
• Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and events if required.
