Job Description
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting ice cream flavours and products.
- Serve ice creams and other menu items as per standards.
- Handle billing, cash, UPI and card transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet.
- Refill stock, manage inventory and inform the manager about shortages.
- Upsell products and promote ongoing offers or combos.
- Handle customer queries and complaints politely and professionally.
- Customer-focused attitude with a pleasant personality.
- Ability to work in shifts, extended hours, weekends and holidays.
- Prior experience in retail, QSR or food service is preferred but not mandatory.
