Job Summary

Sasteghar.com is looking for a highly organized and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, streamline internal processes, manage documentation & compliance, and act as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, process discipline, and business scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Process Management


  • Oversee day-to-day operations across sales, CRM, site visits, documentation, and back-office functions.
  • Design, implement, and improve SOPs to ensure smooth and standardized operations.
  • Monitor operational KPIs, turnaround time, and team productivity.

Documentation & Compliance


  • Handle end-to-end real estate documentation including agreements, allotment letters, booking forms, and coordination for registry-related paperwork.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines, company policies, and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and audit-ready documentation.

Liaison & Coordination


  • Act as a liaison between builders, channel partners, legal teams, banks, and internal sales teams.
  • Coordinate with finance teams for payment tracking, commissions, invoicing, and reconciliation.
  • Support management with reports, MIS, and operational insights.

Team Management


  • Lead and supervise operations executives and support staff.
  • Conduct training, performance monitoring, and workflow planning.
  • Ensure discipline, accountability, and adherence to company processes.

Client & Stakeholder Support


  • Resolve operational escalations related to bookings, documentation, and post-sales processes.
  • Ensure a smooth customer experience from booking to possession support.

Required Skills & Competencies


  • Strong experience in real estate operations, documentation, and liaison work.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MIS reporting.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
