Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic, confident, and result-driven sales executive who has prior experience in IT or tech-based solution sales. Your role will be to call the inquiries, identify potential clients, schedule meetings with the concerned team member, and drive business growth through strategic outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify B2B leads via LinkedIn, email, and other outbound channels.
• Pitch JS Tech’s services (Blockchain, Web/App Dev, UI/UX) to startups and SMEs globally.
• Conduct client meetings (Zoom/Google Meet), present service decks, and close deals.
• Work closely with the technical team to align solutions with client needs.
• Maintain CRM records and weekly reporting of pipeline status.
• Nurture long-term relationships for recurring business.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT/Software/Tech services sales.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English (verbal + written); Hindi proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, CRM tools.
• Bonus: Knowledge of blockchain/web3 terminology.
