Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate (CSA) to join our BPO team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. The role involves handling customer interactions professionally and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally

Address customer queries, concerns, and requests effectively

Provide accurate information about products/services

Maintain customer records and update systems as required

Ensure customer satisfaction and follow company guidelines

Escalate issues to the relevant team when necessary

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Good verbal communication skills in English 

Basic computer knowledge

Strong problem-solving and listening skills

Ability to work in a team environment

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

Graduation should be completed
