Position: Customer Support Executive
Process Name: RBL (Domestic Process)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions through calls/emails.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain and update customer records as required.
Adhere to company policies and guidelines during interactions.
Manage escalations efficiently and ensure timely resolution.
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification: Undergraduate/Graduate (Freshers and experienced candidates can apply).
Good communication skills in English and/or regional languages.
Basic computer knowledge.
Work Details:
Working Days: 6 days per week with a rotational week off.
Shift Timings:
Males: Full rotational shifts.
Females: Day rotational shifts.
