Job Description:


We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.


Key Responsibilities:


Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person


Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner


Provide product and service information to customers


Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution


Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns


Meet daily/weekly customer support targets and service standards


Skills & Requirements:


Good verbal and written communication skills


Strong problem-solving and listening skills


Customer-focused and patient approach


Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems)


Ability to work in shifts, if required


Experience:


0–3 years (Freshers can apply)


Qualification:


Graduate / Undergraduate in any discipline
