Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller with excellent communication skills in Hindi and English to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of IT company services and crypto. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our services, and promoting our crypto-related products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to clients and prospects
• Explain the company’s services in IT and crypto space
• Answer client queries, provide information, and guide them through services
• Maintain a detailed record of calls and follow-ups in the CRM
• Assist in lead generation and customer relationship management

Required Skills:

• Fluency in Hindi and English (spoken and written)
• Knowledge of IT company services and crypto is a must
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle objections and convert leads into customers
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus
