Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, drive engagement, support sales and marketing initiatives, and optimize the CRM platform to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.

The CRM Specialist will be a key driver in managing customer data, nurturing leads, and improving retention strategies — helping Solitaire Infosys build strong, long-term relationships with clients across services like software development and digital solutions. LinkedIn


Key Responsibilities

Manage, maintain, and update the CRM system to ensure high data quality and accuracy

Track and analyze customer interactions, leads, and pipelines to support sales conversion

Develop customer segmentation and targeted communication strategies

Work closely with sales, marketing, and support teams to enhance lead nurturing and customer engagement

Generate reports and actionable insights from CRM data to support business decisions

Implement CRM workflows, automation, and process improvements

Ensure CRM best practices and data compliance across teams

Support customer feedback loops and help address issues or escalations

Assist in planning campaigns and tracking their performance through CRM metrics


Qualifications & Skills Required: 


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field

Experience with CRM platforms 

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and data-driven mindset

Good communication and teamwork abilities

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools

Preferred:

Experience in IT services, SaaS, or technology firms

Understanding of lead scoring, customer segmentation, and CRM automations

Knowledge of digital marketing channels and their integration with CRM systems
