About the RoleWe are hiring Customer Service Representatives (Night Shift) to join our operations team in Mohali.

The role involves real-time CCTV monitoring, identifying suspicious or unusual activities, and reporting incidents to ensure operational efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live CCTV feeds accurately and consistently
• Detect and report unusual or suspicious activities
• Maintain detailed incident logs and shift reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalations
• Follow company data security and confidentiality protocols

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Diploma (Graduation preferred)
• Experience: 6 months – 2 years (Freshers welcome)
• Skills:
• Basic computer and typing proficiency
• Strong observation and focus
• Willingness to work night shifts
