Job Description:

Customer Support Executive – Voice & Chat Process

Location: Mohali / Chandigarh

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries professionally via voice or chat channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues (for technical process).
• Ensure excellent communication and customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM tools.
• Meet daily performance metrics and service quality targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (Any Stream)

Experience: Freshers can apply

Communication Skills: Excellent English communication required (verbal & written)

Shift: Rotational shifts including night shifts

Work Type: Full-time, Office-based

CTC (Including PLI): ₹28,000 to ₹33,000 per month
