Job Description
Jai Japnaam Technologies is hiring for Customer support Executive who will be responsible for explaining our software and digital products to clients and providing live demos to help them understand features and benefits clearly.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Call potential and existing clients to explain company products/services
- Give online or telephonic product demos to clients
- Understand client requirements and present solutions accordingly
- Answer client queries related to product features, pricing, and usage
- Schedule demos and follow-ups with interested clients
- Coordinate with the sales and technical team when required
- Maintain proper records of calls, demos, and client feedback
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
- Ability to explain technical products in a simple way
- Basic knowledge of software, mobile apps, or IT products
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
