Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat

- Provide accurate information about products, orders, and services

- Resolve complaints and issues in a polite and timely manner

- Maintain customer records and update details

- Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction

- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

- Maintain service quality and response time standards

- Support sales and retention through positive customer interactions


Main Tasks :

- Answer inbound and outbound customer calls

- Respond to emails, chat messages, and social media queries

- Track and close support tickets

- Log customer feedback and complaints

- Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members

- Update order status and delivery information

- Ensure every customer receives a smooth and helpful experience
