Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. To take care of maintenance in machine shop including heavy machine shop (Casting Machining), light machine shop (Forging Machining) & heat treatment. Hands on mechanical work experience in CNC Machines Like HMC, VMC, Turning, Grinding, Milling, Boring, Broaching, Gear Cutting machines like Hobbing, Shapers, Shaving, GTC, Robots. and Industrial Washing Machines, Heat Treatment Equipments Like SQF and Induction Hardening, Hoists.
2. Leading a team for trouble shooting and smooth running of equipments & their performance.
3. Adhere to all type of safety norms stipulated by statutory agencies
4. Ensure effective implementation of TPM and TQM practices in the plant.
5. Maintaining 100% adherence of preventive maintenance schedule
and increase the availability of machines enabling meeting plant 
efficiency, quality and cost targets
6. Taking care of spare parts planning for all equipments.
7. Basic knowledge of Hydraulics & Pneumatics systems.
8. In depth Knowledge of CNC (Fanuc/Mazatrol/Siemens), PLC (Mitsubishi), RLC and SCADA.
9. Planning and execution of Major tasks like Annual Shut down

General Experience

Minimum 6 Yrs in Electrical Maintenance - Machine Shop
