Awareness about Parts Functions, Performance & Engineering Standards. 4. Design Validation Plan & Testing. 5. Hands on experience to dealt with OE Suppliers. 6. Structured Problem Solving Methodology. 7. Exposure to Materials & Material Properties. 8. Supplier Upgradation for Zero Defects. 9. Process & Part Audits. 8. DOL Declaration. 9. Process Capability Improvement & mistake proofing. 10. Sound knowledge on Quality Management System ISO 9001, IATF.

Measuring instruments, Receiver gauges, 2D & CMM inspections. 5. SPC/ MSA. 6. Defining & making APQP, PFD, FMEA, Control Plan along with PPAP. 7. Kaizens, OPL, Pokeyoke & 5S techniques.
