Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Job allocation to Team Members according to the production plan and Transfer of clear and complete work assignments/ instructions into orders to subordinate positions on Productivity, Quality, Safety,Delivery .
• Control of absenteeism.Ensure availability of direct/Indirect material online.
• Monitoring of breakdowns, Tools and equipment problems.Ensure that Daily production formats are filled as actuals.Verify cleaning of plant, machinery and equipment and fixture as per the cleaning schedule.
• Responsible to achieve required targets on Productivity, Quality and Safety for Respective Production Line.
• Coordination with sheet metal as a Supplier and with Assembly shop as an Internal Customer for Quality and Quantity.Interaction with other sections of the Paint shop- Technical Support, planning, Process, Maintenance and QA to improve and achieve the required targets.
• Ensure that Actions are planned and taken without undue delay for the Issues raised during Product Audit, Process Audits and Internal Audits for ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 and Monitor the Effectiveness of The actions through audit trends.
• Coordination for the Production trials for new model launch.
• Handling internal customer quality concerns.Initiate the Continual Improvement Project/Action through KVP for Productivity Improvement, Quality Improvement, Cost reduction, Safety Enhancement Etc.
• Ensure compliance to ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 and safety requirements
