Digital Ads Specialist – Google & Meta (Night Shift)

Job Description:

We are hiring a Digital Ads Specialist with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
• Run and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Monitor performance, budgets, and conversions
• Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing
• Analyze data and prepare performance reports
• Coordinate with creative/content teams

Requirements:

• Experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Strong understanding of ad metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
• Familiarity with tracking tools and analytics
• Ability to work night shift

• Night Shift (International Time Zones)
