E-commerce Operations & Logistics Executive

We are hiring an E-commerce Operations & Logistics Executive to manage order processing, delivery coordination, and RTO control for our growing D2C brand.

This is a high-responsibility role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership and manage operations independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily order dispatch via iThink logistics / courier panels

• Verify required orders through customer calls before shipping

• Monitor daily order status (Delivered / RTO / In-transit)

• Handle NDR (Non-Delivery Reports) and ensure reattempts

• Reduce RTO (Return to Origin) through proactive actions

• Coordinate with courier partners

• Handle returns, exchanges

• Maintain daily reports in Excel / Google Sheets

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in e-commerce or logistics

• Hands-on experience with courier systems

• Comfortable with calling customers (Hindi required)

• Basic Excel knowledge

• Should be proactive and problem-solving in nature

Performance Incentive:

Additional incentives will be given based on RTO reduction and delivery success rate.

Note:

This role requires accountability and daily execution. We are looking for someone reliable who can manage operations without constant supervision.
